Yes, please do. Kelly takes time with you beforehand and will ask if there is anything you'd like altered or changed before you take your dog home.
Nervous, older and sensitive dogs are very welcome. Kelly works patiently and calmly and has groomed dogs that other people have struggled with, including a 16 year old Westie who is blind in one eye and deaf.
Every puppy is different, so give us a call and tell us about yours. Kelly is used to young dogs and takes things at whatever pace they need.
It isn't just a case of handing over a lead. Kelly spends time with your pup first so they feel at ease, then works gently through the groom.
We are open Tuesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm. We are closed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
